Very nice. Saw a remark about photos looking like painted art, and mention I have several like that,so will look to see if you have some too!
Julie Dant replied:
David, thanks again, for your comment! Yes..if I can make any of my scenes or portraits, too, look painted, then I'm very happy with it. ;) It's always nice to meet another photographer who appreciates the look, also. ;)

Now THIS is my kind of photo... old buildings, sky, my favorites! Voted and Faved. And now that you got my attention, I'm watching you.
Julie Dant replied:
lol, Guy! Yes..me too! That is what got me started into photography...my obsession with finding and preserving any old abandoned house with my little instamatic camera! ha! That obsession has never left me after almost 20 years...I can't drive by one, without stopping and going around or in to poke around and depressing that shutter button the whole time! Lots of us around. ;0) Thanks so much for the V/F/ and for the watch!
Robert ONeil

Julie Dant replied:
Ah, me too, Robert! If we ever find out there's another dimension..I hope we can go take peeks..and come right back! lol THANKS! ;0)

Back in the day this house was a magnificent mansion.....a beehive of activity drawing neighbors from miles around to fill their buggies with family. Trying desperately not to tire the horse or worse be late for the grand celebration.....the much anticipated annual Fourth of July picnic. Wonderful work Julie! v/fav
Julie Dant replied:
WONDERFUL STORY..as usual...Stuart, to add another dimension to my photo! I am always so honored and pleased to read one of your comments. Do you write short stories or have you published any of your writings? You should. ;0) ;0) THanks buddy!
